Chhattisgarh to celebrate its Tenth Formation day

Chhattisgarh is to celebrate its X th formation day. The celebrations will commence on the 26th October 2010 to 1st November 2010 at the University Ground.

Celebrations of State Formation day

Chhattisgarh is celebrating its 9th State formation day from the 1st Nov 2009 to 7 Nov 2009 at the Science college ground. There are stalls of various govt and private organisations which are highlighting the various accomplishments of they have undertaken during the last year. Chhattisgarh tourism board also has a stall along with the Culture and sports department where the various tourist releated destinations and sites are being exhibited.

Shri Subrat Sahoo takes over as MD

As per orders issued by Govt of Chhattisgarh, Shri Subrat Sahoo has taken over as the Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board,Raipur. He has also been appointed as the Secretary,Tourism & Culture,Religious Affairs and Trust he is at present also holds the post of Secretary, Sport and Youth Affairs. Govt of Chhattisgarh.

Eco Resort, Mohda, Barnawapara Wildlife Sanctuary

The Eco Resort at Mohda in Barnawapara Wildlife Sanctuary is another premier property of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board. Inaugurated just some time back, this delightful resort is located in thick forests facing a beautiful lake. Chitrakote Resort by Chhattisgarh Tourism Board

Chhattisgarh Tourism Board is proud to launch its luxurious new properties all across the State. These new motels and resorts have been developed with a view to provide excellent accommodation facilities for the visitors.
